确定影响创新组织稳定性的关键因素是产学研协同创新研究领域的一个重要命题。基于适应性管理理念,从资源整合与互动两个维度出发,依据产学研之间核心主体与基础主体地位的转换,本文将产学研协同创新组织的生命周期细化为组建期、运行期、收益期,以动态过程视角构建了产学研协同创新组织稳定性影响因素阶段性演变概念模型,结合调查问卷进行实证检验,结果表明:伙伴选择、制度建立、文化融合、利益分配的各维度对组织稳定性维系均具有显著的正向促进作用。

In the research field of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, to determine the key factors affecting the stability of innovation organization is an important topic. Based on the adaptive management concept, from two perspectives of resource integration and interaction, according to the conversion of the core and subject among industry-university-research, this paper divides the life cycle of industry-university-research collaborative innovation organization into formation period, operating period, earnings period in order to build a concept model about influence factors of the stability of industry-university-research collaborative innovation organization from a dynamic process perspective. Combined with questionnaires, the results show that: the selection of partners, the establishment of system, the integration of culture, and the distribution of benefits have a significant positive role in maintaining the stability of the organization.
