Abstract:In the research field of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, to determine the key factors affecting the stability of innovation organization is an important topic. Based on the adaptive management concept, from two perspectives of resource integration and interaction, according to the conversion of the core and subject among industry-university-research, this paper divides the life cycle of industry-university-research collaborative innovation organization into formation period, operating period, earnings period in order to build a concept model about influence factors of the stability of industry-university-research collaborative innovation organization from a dynamic process perspective. Combined with questionnaires, the results show that: the selection of partners, the establishment of system, the integration of culture, and the distribution of benefits have a significant positive role in maintaining the stability of the organization.
