政府研发资助对企业技术创新的影响研究综述——基于全链条创新视角

A Review of the Research on the Impact of Government R & D Funding on Enterprise Technological Innovation————Based on the Perspective of the Whole Chain

摘要:

自从Nelson(1959)和Arrow(1962)揭示了R＆D活动存在市场失灵的现象,政府对企业R＆D投入进行资助产生的多重影响逐渐成为学者们研究热点。当前,学界研究主要集中在政府研发资助对企业创新行为和创新绩效的影响、影响路径及传导机制、企业异质性以及不同资助方式差异性等内容,不论是在理论层面还是实证层面都取得了大量研究成果。尽管如此,当前研究仍然存在数据代表性不足,研究深度不够,缺乏统计占优的结论,对企业创新决策影响的研究较少,缺乏全链条视角的系统性研究等问题,需要进行更深入的研究和挖掘。

Abstract:

The multiple impact of government R D funding on is becoming a new research focus of the scholars,since Nelson (1959) and Arrow (1962) foundthe market failure from the R D activities.Research findings in the past are mainly concerned about the effect of government R D funding on enterprise innovation behavior, innovation performance, the technological innovation mechanism and path of enterprises, firm heterogeneity and the difference content of financing ways. Although the relevant researchhave been very fruitful, theoretical research on this issue is the lack of sufficient breadth and depth,data representation is not strong,haven’tgotten consistent conclusion.At the same time,there are few researches on the influence of enterprise innovation decision, such as systematic research from the perspective of the whole chain of enterprise innovation,which need to conduct more in-depth research.
