互联网思维即对传统物流转型发挥重要作用,同时也对电商物流再创新,突破电商瓶颈起到关键作用。本文通过解读互联网思维从平台经济、跨界融合、从产品到服务的增值方式等特性,进一步剖析了互联网思下物流从低附加值区向高附加值区转型的机理。其转型机理是利用互联网思维,一方面是向消费互联网物流转型,实现物流平台创新和O2O物流的融合发展;另一方面是向产品互联网转型,形成三个递进升级阶段:垂直一体化阶段、俘获治理阶段和市场契约阶段。

Internet-based thinking plays an important role for both transformation of traditional logistics and innovation of e-commerce logistics. There are many characteristics of Internet-based thinking,such as two-sided markets, cross-border integration, value-added from product to service. It will help the logistics industry transformation from low value zone to high value zone by using these characteristics. This paper give the details on how these transformation happens within marketing oriented view and industry oriented view.
