澳大利亚卓越研究是全面评估澳大利亚高校科研质量和研究成果社会影响力的评价项目,展示澳大利亚研究机构优势并为政府制定科技政策提供依据,确定资金是否有效应用以及未来科研资金的分配。经过两轮卓越研究该项目已经取得不错效果。本文通过对卓越研究项目学科分类方法、评价指标体系、项目运行流程以及项目实施情况的研究分析,提出对我国科技评价的若干启示。

Excellence in research for Australia is a comprehensive evaluation item about the research quality in Australian universities and the social influence of research, showing the advantages of Australian research institutions and providing the basis for the government to develop science and technology policies, determining whether the fund is effectively applied and how to allocate fund in the future. After two rounds of Excellence in research for Australia, the project has already achieved good results. This paper aims to analyze the classification method, evaluation index system, the project operation process and the implementation of the excellent in research for Australia, and propose some enlightments about the scientific research evaluation in China.
