在企业技术战略转型的过程中,研发资源的投入不断增加,因此如何有效地配置研发资源也成为重要的议题。从“战略-结构-绩效”范式的角度出发,以三一重工为例进行个案研究,对企业技术战略与研发资源配置结构、创新绩效的关系进行研究。结果表明,研发资源配置结构会随着技术战略的变化而调整,并影响创新绩效。研究结果发展了“战略-结构-绩效”范式在技术管理领域的理论研究,为技术战略升级的资源优化配置提供理论依据。

During the transformation of enterprises’ technology strategy, the investment in R D resources has increased and how to allocate these resources effectively also becomes an important issue. From the perspective of strategy-structure-performance paradigm, this research aims to examine the relationships among technology strategy, R D resource structure and innovation performance through the case study of Sany Heavy Industry. The results show that R D resource structure varies with the change in technology strategy and further affects innovation performance. The research results develop the theoretical research on the strategy-structure-performance paradigm in the field of technology management, and provide theoretical reference for the optimization of resource allocation in the process of technology strategy upgrade.
