传统的产品绿色度评价指标体系仅考虑产品生命周期的部分特征,却包含与“绿色”特性无关的经济、技术等指标,与产品绿色度的概念不够匹配;且评价指标不够具体,不能准确、客观的反映产品的绿色特性。考虑产品生命周期全过程的产品绿色度评价,其指标体系完全基于产品“绿色”的客观本质,涉及物质、能源和排放物三个因素,并将产品生命周期的全过程分为使用前、使用中和使用后三个阶段,采用层次分析法进行综合评价。使用该评价方法,不仅可以分别评价产品在物质、能源和排放物等单因素下的绿色度,还可以评价产品不同生命周期阶段的绿色度,评价结果相对客观,也便于使用。最后,将该方法用于某企业洗衣机的绿色度评价。

The conventional product green degree evaluation index system only considers some of the features of the product life cycle, and contains the economic and technical indicators which have nothing to do with the "green" characteristics. These indicators are not matching the concept of product green degree and also not specific enough to reflect the green characteristics accurately and objectively. Taking the product all-life cycle into consideration, the index system is completely based on the objective essence of product "green", and includes three factors: material, energy and pollution. Product all-life cycle is divided into three stages: before use, in use and after use, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to carry out a general evaluation. It not only can be used to evaluate the product green degree of material, energy and pollution with single factor, but also can be used to assess product green degree of different phases of the life cycle. The evaluation result is relatively objective and easy to use. The method is applied to evaluate the green degree of a washing machine at last.
