广东省建设国家实验室体系的若干思考

摘要:

国家实验室、国家重点实验室等科研基地作为源头创新和新知识、新技术、新发明的先导和源泉,是培养汇聚高层次科研人才、取得自主创新成果和核心技术的重要平台,是体现一个国家、一个地区科研创新能力强弱的一项重要指标。中央十八届五中全会提出“深入实施创新驱动发展战略,发挥科技创新在全面创新中的引领作用,实施一批国家重大科技项目,在重大创新领域组建一批国家实验室” [1]。本文对我省现有的国家科研基地建设情况进行了总结梳理和摸底分析,并对今后特别是“十三五”期间对广东省科研基地体系建设工作提出若干建议,特别是加大力度推进以实验室为龙头的科研基地建设,加强协同创新,组建一批高水平科研创新基地和平台,形成基础研究、应用研究、试验开发直至产业化全过程创新链条的科研体系,是广东实施创新驱动发展战略的必然路径和重要保障。

The of our province existing national research base construction were combed and summarized thoroughly analyzed, and the future especially "45" period of Guangdong Province scientific research base of system construction and puts forward some suggestions, especially to increase efforts to promote in the laboratory is leading to the construction of science research base, strengthen collaborative innovation, set up a group of high level scientific research innovation base and platform, the research system of the whole process of innovation chain to form a basic research, applied research, experimental development until the industry, Guangdong in the implementation of the innovation driven inevitable path of development strategy and an important guarantee.
