基于产业竞争力的软件产业安全评价

摘要:

由于缺乏国际竞争力导致的产业安全问题近年来受到高度关注,尤其是软件产业这样的战略性新兴产业。从产业竞争力的视角构建了软件产业安全评价的指标体系。该指标体系包括内资企业竞争力、现实竞争力、潜在竞争力、成长竞争力和竞争环境五个一级指标。利用2007-2013年软件业的相关统计数据,对我国软件产业的安全状况进行了评价,评价结果显示我国软件产业目前处于基本安全的状态。最后,提出了维护我国软件产业安全的建议。

Abstract:

Industry security issues caused by lack of international competitiveness have been highlighted in recent years, especially for some strategic emerging industries, such as software industry. An evaluation index system for software industry is established from the perspective of industrial competitiveness, which includes five first-level indicators, i.e., competitiveness of domestic enterprises, real competitiveness, potential competitiveness, and growth competitiveness and competition environment. According to the statistical data of the software industry from 2007 to 2013 in China, the security situation of China"s software industry is evaluated. The results show that the software industry in China is in a state of basic security at present. Finally, some Suggestions are put forward to maintain industry security of China’s software industry.
