本文首先运用两阶段DEA（数据包络分析）方法对深圳中小板以及创业板上市的科技型中小企业的融资效率进行测算评价，结果发现：医药生物制品行业的总体融资效率，科研投入效率以及科研成果效率都要高于信息技术以及电子行业，但在科研阶段的投入有相当的冗余，资源还没有达到优化配置；接着对该结论的原因进行了探讨；最后，在此基础上，提出了提高我国科技型中小企业融资效率的几点对策建议。

In this paper, we use the two stage DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model to evaluate the financing efficiency of small and medium sized enterprises in Shenzhen Small and medium-size Enterprise Stock Market and Growth Enterprises Market ,and further analyzes the factors that affect the financing efficiency. On the basis of the above, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the financing efficiency of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
