珠三角企业升级效果的评估体系研究——以新兴产业为例

摘要:

在经济发展新常态下,新兴产业不仅是构建现代产业体系的关键内容,还决定着产业转型升级的成败,引领着经济社会的全局发展。据此,本文立足于企业层面,综合全球价值链与生产网络、创新能力与技术学习和产业集群与创新体系三种范式,构建“环境-路径-绩效”的效果评估框架,运用珠三角调查数据来分析从事新兴产业的企业升级现状,指出其中存在的优势与劣势,并提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract:

In the new normal of economic development, emerging industry, which leads the overall development of economic society, is not only the key content of building modern industrial system, but also decides the success or failure of the industrial transformation and upgrading. Thereby, based on the level of enterprise, this paper integrates three paradigms including global value chain and production network, innovation ability and technology learning, industrial cluster and innovation system, to establish the framework of “Environment- Path-performance”. The paper using the data of the Pearl River Delta, analyzed the status quo of the upgrading of the emerging industry, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the policy recommendations.
