浙江省市政府质量奖区域相关性分析

A study on the regional correlation of the Governmental Quality Awards in Zhejiang province

摘要:

通过对浙江省获得省市级质量奖的253家企业的实证分析发现，各个地域获奖企业在获奖时间、企业规模、获奖数量、所处行业及数量等方面存在显著的相关性。原因是区域间产业转移、供应链协作及资源共享所带来的产业集聚关联；各个地市在卓越绩效模式导入上存在导入时间和规模的数值关联；企业实施政府质量奖显著成效的影响力SIR传播，使该区域或相邻区域内的更多企业为了发展自愿导入卓越绩效模式，并获得政府质量奖。

Abstract:

On the basis of studying 253 enterprises winning governmental quality awards (provincial and county) in Zhejiang province, there is extremely significant correlation in respect of prize winning time, enterprise scale, prize quantity and the industry the enterprises belong to as for different enterprises in various areas. The reason are industrial cluster correlations brought by industrial shift between areas, supply chain collaborations and resources sharing, data correlation between introduced time and scale of Performance Excellence Model in every area, and the SIR transmission of the influence of the achievements that enterprises implement governmental quality awards, which make more enterprises in one area or neighboring areas volunteer for introducing Performance Excellence Model to obtain governmental quality awards.
