本文对广州工科人才的产业需求层次、专业、区域布局进行了梳理,就相应的高校工科人才培养层次、专业结构作了分析。发现产业需求层次与高校人才培养层次的错位,产业专业结构需求的前瞻性与高校培养的滞后性成为广州产业经济战略转型阶段不可避免的问题。需要就高校人才培养与产业需求趋于一致的协调发展采取相应策略。

On the training level and professional structure of engineering talents in Colleges and universities. The level of industrial demand and the dislocation of talent training in Colleges and universities, The forward-looking of the industrial structure demand and the lag of the development of higher education in Colleges and universities has become an inevitable problem in the transformation period of Guangzhou"s industrial economy. Need to take appropriate strategies for the coordinated development of college personnel training and industrial demand.
