本文运用了“物理—事理—人理”系统方法论研究了企业并购后的隐性知识转移的机理。将影响企业并购后隐性知识转移的物理因素、事理因素、人理因素进行细分,共分出9种影响行为,分别对这9种行为进行详细分析。通过三种影响因素与隐性知识转移及并购绩效的关系,给出结论和建议。

In this context, the research used the WSR system methodology to analyze the influencing factors of tacit knowledge transfer after M A. Research divided WSR factors which affected tacit knowledge transfer after M A into nine kinds influencing behavior, and analyzed each of these nine kinds of behavior in detail. Give the conclusions and recommendations through the relationship among the three influencing factors, tacit knowledge transfer and acquisition performance.
