基于K-means的科技服务僵尸平台分类管理研究

摘要：科技服务平台是科技服务业发展的基础性环节。通过全面回顾江苏科技服务平台建设和运营现状，借助于僵尸企业特征，提出了僵尸平台概念和评估指标体系；其次，运用马氏距离思想和K-means方法，设计了僵尸平台聚类模型；最后，针对部分僵尸平台进行实证研究，给出了不同类别僵尸平台的改进建议。

Abstract: Science and technology (sci-tech) service platform construction is the fundamental part of sci-tech service industry development. In this study, present situation of Jiangsu sci-tech service platform was reviewed. Inspired from the definition of “zombie enterprise”, the “zombie platform” along with its index system were introduced. To scientifically distinguish the zombie platform, a K-means clustering method based on mahalanobis distance was designed using above index system. In the section of method application, several zombie platform samples were introduced and processed. As the conclusion, suggestions for zombie platform improvement were proposed.
