产学研协同创新的研发成本协调与政府补贴策略研究

摘要:

产学研协同创新是推动科技创新的重要方式之一,但协同各方决策目标的不一致容易导致协同创新R D投入的不足。研发成本协调与政府补贴是改善协同创新R D投入不足的两种可能方式。构建了四个分阶段博弈模型,考虑两个结构变量单独及交互作用时的不同影响,分析如何利用研发成本的协调机制,以及不同条件下的政府补贴策略,从而有效改善产学研协同创新的绩效。

Abstract:

Industry-university-research cooperative innovation is an important way to promote technological innovation, but the inconsistence of decision-making objectives of Collaborative parties easily leads to deficiency of R D investment. The coordination of R D costs and government subsidy are two possible ways to improve R D investment. Constructing four game models of phases, considering the individual and interaction of the two variables, the paper analyzes the using of coordination mechanism of R D costs and government subsidy policies under different conditions, thence improve the performance of IUR cooperative innovation effectively.
