除整体性的创新投入之外,创新产出还会受到个体创新者合作关系的影响。本文基于合著网络分析法,构建了包括网络聚集系数、平均路径长度、小世界熵数、网络密度、最大连通图节点占比五个指标的创新者合作关系量化体系,以山东省海洋产业2010至2014年专利发明人合作网络为例,实证分析了创新者合作关系对创新产出的影响。得出的主要结论如下:(1) 最大合作团体的合作关系过于紧密将抑制整体的创新产出。(2) 增大最大合作团体规模,将促进整体的创新产出。在此基础上,现利用灰色关联分析法,评价了创新者合作关系量化体系中各因素对创新产出作用强度的顺序关系。

In addition to the integrity of innovation investment, innovation output is also affected by individual innovators partnership. Based on co-author network analysis, including network clustering coefficient, average path length, the number of small-world entropy, network density, maximum connectivity graph nodes innovators share five indicators partnership quantification system .Shandong Provincial Oceanic Industry 2010-2014 patented invention cooperation network as an example, the empirical analysis of the impact of innovators partnership for innovation output. The main conclusions obtained are as follows: 1.the largest cooperative partnership groups too closely to suppress the overall innovation output. 2. increasi the maximum group size cooperation will promote the overall innovation output. Finally, based on gray relational analysis to evaluate the relationship between the innovator in order to quantify the system partnership of various factors on the role of innovation output intensity. And on this data, make relevant policy recommendations to promote industrial innovation and level of development.
