大型科研项目进度和成本管理是其项目管理范畴内的重点和难点之一,当前普遍采用的评价指标往往不够深入和全面。挣值法作为项目管理领域的一种经典的进度-成本联合控制方法,已被证实是有效和实用的,然而传统挣值法存在一定的缺陷。本文采用一种基于关键线路的改进挣值法,通过在某大型科研项目实施管理中的应用,印证了改进的必要性和良好的管理效果。

Progress-cost management is one of the priorities and difficulties within the context of large research project management. Currently, the evaluation which commonly used is not enough in depth and comprehensive. As a classical progress-cost joint control method, earned value method has been proved to be effective and practical, however, it has some defects. Based on improved critical path earned value method, and through the application of a large research project in the implementation of management, this paper confirms the necessity of improvement and good management results.
