教育部直属高校产学研协同创新全要素生产率研究

Research on Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Total Factor Productivity of Universities Directly under the Ministry of Education

摘要:

基于DEA-Malmquist指数分析方法,对我国62所教育部直属高校2005-2013年产学研协同创新全要素生产率进行测算、分解和对比分析。得出如下结论：教育部直属高校产学研协同创新全要素生产率年均下降2.8%,主要原因是技术进步率年均下降9%,而技术效率年均上涨6.8%,追赶效应存在但增长效应不存在。随着时间的推移,直属高校产学研协同创新全要素生产率年度趋势是波动式上升的。综合类、理工类直属高校产学研协同创新活动全要素生产率最高。东部地区直属高校产学研协同创新全要素生产率高于中西部地区。

Abstract:

This paper calculates, decomposes and analyzes the Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation TFP of 62 universities directly under the Ministry of Education from 2005 to 2013 based on DEA-Malmquist index method. The following conclusions are summed up. The annual decrease of Industry-University-Research cooperative innovation TFP of universities directly under the Ministry of Education is 2.8%. The technical change decreases about 9% annual, while technical efficiency increases average 6.8% every year. Catch-up effect exists but the increase-effect does not exist. With the time passage, the TFP is fluctuated and upward. Comprehensive and Polytechnic university’s Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation TFP are the highest. The TFP of universities directly under the Ministry of Education in eastern region is higher than that of the Midwest region.
