以德温特数据库作为样本数据来源,借助于德温特专利族时间和空间分布情况的计量分析,揭示了太阳能汽车技术领域的全球专利布局特点。结果表明:太阳能汽车技术目前正处于快速发展期,该技术领域的竞争主要集中于中、日、美、韩、德等少数国家,中国后来居上一跃成为全球最大的专利受理国,也是全球主要的专利产出国,但是中国并未积极谋划海外专利布局。而西方国家早已将中国视为未来太阳能汽车的主要战场,美日等国继续推行进攻型专利战略,抢先在海外市场构筑了专利保护网络。

Chosen the patent literatures indexed in the Derwent Database as the samples, this study has demonstrated the distribution characters of patent family from the aspects of time and space. The results have revealed that the technology of solar energy vehicles representing rapid growth. The competition is mainly concentrated on few countries such as China, Japan, America, Korea and German. China has surpassed other counties and became the country accepted the most patent applications. Meanwhile China is also one of the main countries produced most of the patents in the field of solar energy vehicle. However, China has not expand overseas patent distribution, but has been regarded as the main battlefield of solar energy vehicle industry. Under the aggressive patent strategy, western countries have established strict patent protection network in overseas markets.
