通过分析当前合作创新伙伴选择评价方法的不足,提炼出了实现合作伙伴之间异质性资源互补匹配的关键要点:匹配应基于合作双方的资源差异,而非单方的资源状况;匹配除了考虑资源异质性带来的价值,也要考虑异质性带来的合作成本。基于这一原理,提出了两种合作伙伴评价方法:Euclid合作距离评价方法和合作吸引力评价方法,对两种方法的公式内涵、评价指标体系设计等做了详细阐述,并结合L公司选择合作伙伴的案例,比较分析了两种方法的特点。此外,还从潜在合作对象搜寻、管理以及提升合作匹配对象的多样性与针对性等方面提出参考建议。

It points out the deficiencies of the current co-innovation partner selection evaluation methods, to extract the key points to achieve complementarity matching of heterogeneous resources between partners. The matching should be based on the resources difference between the two sides, rather than unilateral resources. In addition to consider the value brought by the heterogeneous resources, the matching should also consider the cooperate cost brought by the heterogeneous resources. Based on this principle, it proposes two evaluation methods of cooperation partner’s selections: Euclid cooperation distance evaluation methods and cooperation attractiveness evaluation method. It discussed the formula meaning, evaluation index system, and so on. The paper comparative analyzed the characteristics of the two methods combined with L Company’s selecting partner case. It also made policies from the searching of potential partner, managing, and enhancing the cooperation matching specific and diversity.
