结构洞理论强调组织要在关系网络中占据有利位置,从网络中获取信息收益和控制收益。但结构洞占有者获取信息利益的前提是要与其他参与者之间建立良好的信任关系。本文在回顾了结构洞理论和信任理论的历史溯源和发展历程后,以浙江某办公服务公司与四家企业的合作关系为例,分析了信任演变对信息收益三种来源的作用,进而对信息收益的效率和效益产生的影响。本文对结构洞理论中难以理解的部分做了分析,提高了结构洞理论的解释力,并建立了基于信任视角的结构洞占有者信息收益理论模型。研究结论对从事第三方中介服务的企业有理论指导意义。

The structural holes theory emphasizes that organizations need to occupy a good position in the relationship network to get the information benefit and control benefit. But the precondition for the structural holes owners to get the information benefit is that they need to establish good trust relationship with other participants. Based on the review of the history and development of the structural holes theory and trust theory, this paper aims to explore the impact to information benefit of structural holes owners when the trust relationship between the organizations changes, by taking Zhejiang Qiankun Company as a case. The innovation of this study is to analyze the hard part of the structural holes theory that improves its explanatory power and establishes the theoretical model of information benefit of the structural holes owners based on the trust perspective. The conclusion is a good guide to the enterprise engaged in third-party intermediary services.
