海绵城市的特征解读和建设路径研究

摘要:

热岛效应及内涝灾害等“现代都市病”的频发给城市设计者提出了一个严峻的挑战,如何建设一个生态宜居的现代化城市成为设计者重点考虑的问题,而海绵城市通过构建雨水生态系统为我们化解这一挑战提供了很好的思路。通过详细剖析海绵城市的概念及“六位一体”特征,指出了海绵城市建设的必要性,并从指导原则、技术支撑、政策引导和全民共建等四个方面设计出海绵城市的建设路径。期望借助海绵城市建设这一契机,转变城市发展模式,实现生态环境自循环和可持续发展,助推经济朝“质优速稳”方向发展,谱写生态环境保护与人类城市文明发展和谐双赢的篇章。

Abstract:

The “modern lifestyle diseases” such as heat island effect and water logging disasters frequently happen .It presents a serious challenge to urban designer and become an important issue to consider how to build a modern livable city. Sponge city provides us a good idea to resolve this challenge by constructing rain-water ecological system.We analysis the concept of the sponge city and the “Six in One” feature and point out the necessity of constructing sponge city. We also design the safeguards of sponge city construction and it should include guiding principles, technical support, policy guidance and all people participating.We look forward to achieving ecological environment circulation and sustainable development by sponge city construction and city development mode transformation.It can boost the economy towards “high quality speed stability” direction and write two-win chapter of the city ecological environment protection and development of human civilization.
