基于行业的磷化工产业技术研究院绩效评价研究——以湖北省磷化工产业技术研究院为例

Research on the evaluation of phosphorus chemical Industry Technology Research Institute based on the industry——The study of Hubei phosphorus chemical Industry Technology Research Institute

摘要:

磷化工行业产业技术研究院具有异与其他行业的功能价值特质。在分析产业技术研究院对传统磷化工行业创新推动等发展价值的基础上,从投入、产出与环境因素三个角度构建磷化工产业技术研究院绩效评价指标体系。以湖北省磷化工产业技术研究院为例,利用层次分析法确立指标权重,建立基于投入产出法的磷化工产业技术研究院绩效评价模型,分析评价结果,针对基础设施建设、环境保护力度、社会服务质量与交流合作程度四个方面存在的不足提出了相应的政策优化建议。

Abstract:

The Industrial Technology Research Institute of phosphorus chemical industry is different from other industries. On the analysis of the role of Industrial Technology Research Institute on the innovation of traditional phosphorus chemical industry, from three angles of input, output and environmental factors to establish the performance evaluation index system of phosphorus chemical industry technology research institute. A case study of Hubei phosphorus chemical Industry Technology Research Institute, using analytic hierarchy process to establish index weight, building the evaluation model of phosphorus chemical Industry Technology Research Institute based on input output method, and analysis the evaluation results, in view of the deficiency of the four aspects in infrastructure construction, environmental protection, social service quality and exchange and cooperation, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
