Abstract:Aimed at the quasi-market organization structure of our nation’s large-scale and complex project in the economic transition period, in this paper, by using evolutionary game analysis method, we systematically investigate cooperation mechanism of project participants based on engineering technical service, analyze the dynamic evolution of cooperation strategy selection of various technical service enterprises, and explore the factors, such as technical cooperative risk, technology spillover loss, especially kin altruistic preference, non-system punishment, that how to influence behavior choice of technical service enterprises. The results show that: decreasing cooperative effort cost, technical cooperative risk, technology spillover loss, or increasing cooperative effort output, excess revenue distribution is helpful to promote technical cooperation of technical service enterprises with the owner in the project implementation process. For the technical service provider by the original enterprise restructuring, enhancing kin altruistic utility and trust based on the kinship; for new entrants, moderately increasing openness of the technical services market and improving it, enhancing non-system punishment, that can respectively reduce technical service enterprises reliance on excess return distribution, and strengthen their technical cooperation with the owner.
