新形势下我国高校科技资源投入产出的实证研究

摘要:

目前我国科技投入与产出效率急需提升,随着国家发展迈入“十三五”规划,阻滞发展的问题亟待解决,因此选取作为国家科技创新生力军的高校作为研究对象,将高校科研投入与产出数据用灰色关联分析法和Perason相关系数检验进行分析,锁定影响高校科技投入与产出效率的主要因素,在此基础上提出相应措施建议,包括范式创新、产品及服务创新、定位创新、流程创新和机制创新。

Abstract:

The efficiency of input and output of scientific research in our country are in urgent need of ascension, along with the “Thirteenth plan of five-year national development”, the problems blocking the development need be solved, so the colleges and universities are chosen as the research object for they are regarded as the national science and technology innovation powerhouse. The input and output of scientific research in colleges and universities data sorting analysis is connected with the method of grey correlation analysis and Perason correlation coefficient test, the research is focused on the main factors influencing the efficiency of input and output of scientific research in colleges and universities, on this basis, certain corresponding measures are put forward, including paradigm innovation, product and service innovation, orientation innovation, process innovation and mechanism innovation.
