本文通过分析影响公建项目多参与方合作关系的因素之间的相互作用机理,建立基于BIM技术情景下多利益方协同工作驱动要素测量表,对天津市某公建项目参与单位所做问卷调查得出的数据进行统计检验,得出：BIM情境下团队建设对公建项目多方单位协同工作的影响最大,其次是高层管理支持、相互信任机制、信息共享机制和团队共同目标建立,而激励机制对其影响不大。本文的研究成果不仅有利于提高政府公建项目利益方协同工作的有效性,而且为未来BIM技术的发展应用提供了指导方向。

This paper analyses the factors influencing the public project participants relationship, then establishes the measurement table of influencing stakeholder collaborative based on BIM. The survey data came from units of a large public project in Tianjin, it was concluded that: the factor of team building has the greatest effect, followed by top management support, mutual trust, common goal, information sharing mechanism, but incentive mechanism of the impact is not big. This achievement is not only beneficial to improve the effectiveness of the government public project stakeholders work together, but provides a direction for the development and application of BIM technology.
