加强产品中化学品的风险管理 应对我国履约新形势

Accentuate Risk Management of Chemical in Product, coping with the new circumstance of the implementation of Stockholm Convention in China

摘要:

我国是《关于持久性有机污染物(POPs)的斯德哥尔摩公约》的缔约方,随着公约受控物质不断增加,履约和产品中化学品管控的难度加大。本文浅析当前POPs公约履约的新形势和特点,结合我国目前产品中化学品管理面临的问题和挑战,借鉴国际经验,探求国内加强产品中化学品管理的途径。

Abstract:

China is a party of “Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollution”(POPs Convention), as the chemicals listed in the Annex of POPs convention is growing, the implementation of POPs Convention is more and more challenging due to the difficulties in risk management of chemical in product. This paper briefly discussed the new circumstance of POPs Convention. Facing the current problems and challenges in chemical management in China, we need to learn from the international experiences in risk management of chemical in product, and pursue our own approach to reinforce risk management of chemical in product.
