摘要:

创新联盟重要性和不稳定性并存的特征使其成为研究热点,而联盟盟主是整个联盟稳定、可持续发展的关键。本文以盟主权力和能力为核心,探讨了其通过对盟员知识溢出能力与知识吸收能力的相关作用、进而对联盟创新绩效及最终稳定性产生影响的内在机理,并实证检验了盟主的契约权力、控制力、影响力和资源配置能力对盟员的知识溢出和吸收能力的积极作用,并促进了联盟创新绩效的提升和联盟运行的稳定性。

Abstract:

The importance and the instability of a innovation alliance jointly to make it become a research hotspot. The leader of an alliance is the key members to make the alliance stability and sustainable development. Firstly, In this paper based on his own power and ability as the core to discuss it effects the leaguers knowledge spillover and knowledge absorptive capacity .And then to make an impact on the innovation alliance performance and stability. Finally, it is empirically tested the positive relationship between contract power, control power, influence, the capacity of the resources allocation and knowledge spillover, knowledge absorptive capacity respectively. And ultimately promote the improvement of the innovation alliance performance to guarantee the stability of the innovation alliance operation.
