立足于创新型经济场域，从分析学科人与产业者特征入手，针对两类群体显现的诸如 转化机制不健全、角色信息不对称、绩效分配不合理、诉求响应不及时等导致的“不和”加以思考，进而就如何实现两者相和在实体组建、价值链管理、制度导引、人才培养等方面提出对策，以利于完善学科与产业协同创新机制。

In the field of innovation economy research,the paper analyzes the characteris -tics of discipline scholar and industry. After this, it emphasizes their disuniting which are caused by undound transformation mechanism, asymmetric role information, unreason-able distribution of performance, slow appeal response. At last, it proposes how to promote their harmonious from four aspects including establishing innovative organization, carrying out value-based management, perfecting policies and system,cultivating talents,ect.
