地方高校科研管理部门在产学研实践中的作用——基于参与式方法的视角

The Role that the Department of Scientific Research Management Plays in the Practice of IUR Cooperation in Local Universities---- From the Perspective of Participatory Approach

摘要:

高校科研管理部门对产学研合作至关重要,但目前其参与产学研合作的热情不高、参与深度不够且难以有效推动科研成果的转化。本文结合参与式方法及相关理论,从主动服务与产学研合作的融合、广辐射与深发展的融合、充实资源与成果转化的融合三个维度,分析科研管理部门在产学研项目合作中的作用和参与途径。

Abstract:

The department of scientific research management in universities played a very important role in the IUR cooperation, but now they are not enthusiastic in the cooperation and have difficulties in commercializingSthe research. This paper combines with the participatory approach and related theories, analyzes the role that the department of scientific research management plays in the IUR cooperation and the ways of its participation from the following three aspects: the integration between the active service and IUR, the integration between broad coverage and deep development, the integration between full resource and production transforming.
