高校技术转移中心的职能模型

摘要:

高校技术转移中心作为高校技术转移工作最重要的承担者，是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。研究高校技术转移中心的职能，对提升技术转移效率、促进科技创新提供有价值的参考。通过对我国45家高校国家技术转移示范机构进行职能分析，构建出高校技术转移中心的包含基础、扩展、高级3个层次的职能模型，并着重分析处于基础型、扩展型和高级型职能阶段的高校技术转移中心的比重，揭示我国高校技术转移中心职能的发展状况，以及与地域和组织结构形式的相关性。

Abstract:

Technology transfer center is the most important undertaker of university technology transfer, and the important component of state innovation system. Functions study of university technology transfer center (UTTC), is supposed to provide reference for transfer efficiency increasing and technology innovation promoting. According to the function analysis of 45 selected national technology transfer demonstration agencies, this study constructed function model of UTTC containing three levels basis, extension and advanced. On the basis of this function model, the proportion of UTTC on three levels has been further analyzed, which revealed the development state of the UTTC in our country. The correlation between region, organizational structure and functions has also been revealed in this study.
