    摘要:

    制造企业的竞争力直接影响着企业的市场竞争优势和可持续发展能力。本文从制造研发能力、营销能力、员工能力、组织管理能力和品牌影响力五个维度构建了制造企业竞争力综合评价指标体系。结合区间直觉模糊集的信息表达优势,提出了一种基于ELECTRE-III和IVIFN的多指标评价新方法,与AHP、ELECTRE-III方法相比,解决了多专家评价过程中存在的信息不确定性。评价过程中利用专家评议法确定属性的无差异、严格偏好和否决阀值,根据区间直觉模糊数的得分函数和精确函数计算出可信度矩阵,引进净可信度作为最终的竞争力大小来对方案进行排序。最后将该方法应用于珠三角地区三家制造企业的竞争力评价,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    The competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises affects its market competitive advantage and sustainable development ability directly. This article builds the comprehensive evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises’ competitiveness from five dimensions, thus the manufacturing research ability, the marketing ability, the ability of the employees, the organization and management ability and the brand influence. Taking the information express advantage of the interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets, a new method of multi- attribute appraisal is put forward based on the ELECTRE III and the IVIFNS. First experts are asked to determine the indifference, preference and veto threshold of the five properties. Then according to the score function and the precise function of the interval intuitionistic fuzzy Numbers it calculates the reliability matrix, and the net credibility which is regarded as competitiveness of the alternatives is introduced to sort the alternatives. Finally the method is applied to evaluate the competitiveness of three manufacturing enterprises in the pearl-river delta, the effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified.
