Abstract:Knowledge sharing is an important source of driving innovation, a large number of common knowledge demand existed among the start-up enterprises within incubators makes their knowledge sharing became particularly important and urgent. By empirical study, the paper using exploratory factor analysis to construct a theory model of knowledge sharing channels among start-up enterprises within incubators, and modifying it using structural equation model AMOS 21. The empirical results show that strengthening the contact between the incubator and the incubated enterprises, increasing the contact of core staff among incubated enterprises, organizing entrepreneur training and entrepreneur salon by incubator, building the successful and failed case of incubated enterprises by incubator, defining the range of knowledge sharing by the start-up enterprises managers, and creating the culture of knowledge sharing among incubated enterprises are all effective channels to the enterprises performance improvement at present.
