企业成长性评价研究有助于企业了解自身发展过程中的优势与不足,从而提升企业竞争力。本文运用结构方程模型量化分析了动态能力对于高科技企业成长性的影响,基于动态能力视角建立指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法构建高科技企业成长性的评价模型。

The growth evaluation of enterprises helps them understand their strengths and weakness during the developing process,thereby enhancing their competitiveness. In this paper, the structure equation model analyses the impact of the dynamic capability on high-tech enterprises’ growth quantitatively,with the index system from the perspective of dynamic capability,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a high-tech enterprise’ growth evaluation model.
