环保产业对于促进经济发展与环境保护的双赢具有重要意义。迄今为止,环保产业经历了四个发展阶段,即理念构建阶段、初步发展阶段、快速发展阶段和产业升级阶段。环保产业虽然取得了较为快速的发展,但还没有形成体系。在经济新常态下,亟待构建环保产业创新体系。本文从技术合作创新体系、产业服务创新体系和投融资创新体系等维度探讨了环保产业创新体系。

Abstract:

Environmental protection industry is of great significance for the win-win of economic development and environmental protection. It has experienced four stages, including concept construction stage, preliminary development stage, rapid development stage and industrial transformation stage. The environmental protection industry has achieved rapid development, but it has not formed a system. Under the new economic normality, it is necessary to build innovation system of environmental protection industry, including technical cooperation innovation system, industry service innovation system and investment and financing innovation system.
