在知识与信息时代,创意产业已经成为经济发展的主要拉动力,创意人才开发决定着创意产业能否切实的为社会创造经济价值,而实施人才开发发展战略的前提就是人才需求预测。本文通过ARIMA模型对黑龙江创意人才需求作出预测,在此基础上,为创意产业人才的培养提出对策与建议,使得创意人才总量能够满足黑龙江创意经济发展的需要。

Creative industry is becoming a main driving factor in the new period of economic knowledge and information,creative talent development determines whether the creative industry can effectively create economic value for the society,and the implementation of the talent demand forecast.This article makes a forecast for creative talents in Heilongjiang Province by the ARIMA model.On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for training creative industry talents,so that the total amount of creative talent meets the needs of the development of creative economy in Heilongjiang.
