生产资源利用高效,环境污染少,质量可靠的建筑行业是未来建筑行业的发展趋势。本文针对我国建筑行业存在的问题,提出了将BIM技术和3D技术相结合形成BIM-3D技术系统。然而,BIM技术和3D技术在我国建筑行业中处于初级阶段,没有形成科学的管理系统和管理理念。本文针对BIM技术和3D技术分析了它们在建筑领域的应用；以此为基础提出BIM-3D技术模式,并分析了BIM-3D技术的理论基础和关键技术；阐述了该技术模式的应用平台,并进行了详细说明；最后,对BIM-3D技术进行了优劣势分析,以此为我国建筑行业的快速发展提供指导。
