文化产业科技创新能力作为文化产业的重要引擎,已被提升到国家战略高度,但文化产业科技创新能力研究作为一个全新的理论命题刚刚起步。从2004至2015年的文献研究现状来看,学界目前对文化产业科技创新能力的内涵还未形成统一的界定,主要侧重对文化产业科技创新能力的不同要素进行考察,包括技术创新要素、内容创新要素、体制创新要素、集群创新要素等,这四种不同层次的能力要素由内向外,依次对文化产业创新产生不同程度的影响。总的来看,文化产业科技创新能力研究目前较为零散,尚未形成系统性,未来的研究必将着眼于“文化产业科技创新能力要素体系与能力框架”的构建。

As an important engine of cultural industries, scientific and technological innovation ability has become a national strategy. However, the research on science and technology innovation ability of cultural industries is still a new theoretical proposition.SFrom literature research status view of 2004-2015,now there isn’t an uniform definition about science and technology innovation ability of cultural industries. And current cultural industry circles focused on culture industry technology innovation capacity of different elements for investigation , such as technological innovation, content innovation, system innovation and cluster innovation, and these four different levels ofSabilitySelement have varying degrees of impact on cultural industries.
