知识资本国际转移对中国高新技术产业转型升级的影响研究

内容：高新技术产业是知识资本高度密集的产业,其创新绩效、技术溢出以及转型升级能力提升等一直是学术界的热门话题。本文将人力资本、研发资本、创新环境、国外知识资本引进等要素变量纳入到模型中,实证检验国际知识资本转移对环渤海、长三角、华南、中部等七大区域高新技术产业升级的影响,实证结果表明：本土创新努力与创新能力是高新技术产业升级的基本动力；技术引进渠道的国际知识资本对高新技术产业升级整体效果不明显；新产品出口渠道的国际知识资本有利于推动高新技术产业升级；国际知识资本溢出是环渤海和长三角地区高新技术产业升级的重要因素,但在其他区域国际知识资本对高新技术产业升级效应不显著。

Abstract:

High and new technology industry is a highly intensive industry of knowledge capital, and its innovation performance, technology spillover and transformation and upgrading have been a hot topic in the academic field. This article put the human capital, development capital, innovation environment, foreign knowledge capital into the same model, and test the impact of international knowledge capital on the transformation and upgrading of Yangtze River Delta and other seven regions high-tech industrial, the results show that：the local innovation effort and innovation ability is the basic power of high-tech industry upgrade; the impact of international knowledge capital from technology import on upgrade is not obvious; while the impact of international knowledge capital from new export channels is conducive to promoting high-tech industry upgrading; international capital knowledge spillover is an important factors of high-tech industry in Bohai and the Yangtze River Delta region to upgrade, but in other areas the international knowledge capital is not significant factors for the high-tech industrial upgrading
