基于云创新的IT企业知识共享研究

摘要:

以云计算为基础形成的云创新，为知识共享提供了一个有力的平台支持.本文立足这一背景，从云创新的低成本、个性化、服务性、大众性、认知性来研究IT企业知识共享问题，构建了IT企业云创新的知识共享模型，并用344份有效样本对相关问题进行了实证研究。研究发现：云创新的低成本、个性化、服务性、大众性、认知性能有效促进IT企业知识共享的实现，云创新平台能提高知识共享的效率；提出IT企业通过加强云创新的推广应用、建立云管理制度、普及云知识、建立云创新的文化等实现知识共享；最后提出社会公共云服务的途径及意义。

Abstract:

As a basis for the formation of innovation, cloud computing provide a strong platform for knowledge sharing，this article is based on this background, studying IT Enterprise knowledge sharing from the view of the cloud innovation's low-cost、personalized、service、public property and cognitive, building the innovative knowledge sharing model for IT Enterprise knowledge sharing and using 344 effective samples data for research hypotheses. The study shows that cloud innovative low-cost、personalized、service、public property、cognitive performance can effectively promote the realization of IT enterprise knowledge sharing, cloud innovative platform can promote the effectiveness of knowledge sharing；making the point that IT enterprise achieve knowledge sharing by strengthening the promotion and application of cloud innovation、building cloud management system、spreading cloud knowledge and building a culture of innovation cloud；at last this article put forward the ways and significance of providing public cloud services by the government.
