为探究云南生物产业基础性科研团队认知匹配对协同生态效能的影响机理及效应,提出了关键因子对团队协同生态效能影响机理的概念模型,结合268份有效数据,采用结构方程建模法,经40次优化得到最终模型,结果显示:①团队效能感对效率、团队未来生产力、成员满意度有显著的直接影响,影响效应值依次为0.786、0.584、0.703;其通过中介变量异质性知识交互对绩效的间接影响综合效应值为0.467。②自我效能感对协同生态效能的任何维度都没有显著影响。③科研价值观对协同生态效能的效率、绩效、团队未来生产力三个维度的直接影响是显著的,影响效应值依次为0.173、0.276、0.338;而通过团队未来生存力对成员满意度的间接影响效应值为0.100。

To explore influence mechanism and effect of basic research team cognitive match on synergetic eco-efficiency in Yunnan biological industry, propose a research model that key factors affect synergetic eco-efficiency through team coordination. To apply structure equation modeling approach to solve the model according to 268 valid data, the results show: The influence that team efficacy on efficiency , team productivity in the future, satisfaction of team members is significant and direct,effect value of 0.786,0.584 and 0.703, on performance through the heterogeneous knowledge interaction is significant and indirect, effect value of 0.467. The influence of self-efficacy on synergy eco-efficiency is insignificant. The influence that values of scientific research on efficiency , performance ,and team productivity in the future is significant and direct,effect value of 0.173,0.276,0.338, on satisfaction of team members through team productivity in the future is significant and indirect, effect value of 0.100.
