通过引入wiki技术的特点,扩展了现有的组织探索与利用多主体仿真模型,研究wiki技术的使用与组织学习的关系。仿真实验结果表明:较低的个体学习速率和较高的人际学习速率均能提高wiki的组织表现。环境扰动对wiki的组织表现具有负面作用,适度的人员流动对wiki的组织表现具有积极作用,而组织学习速率对wiki组织表现的影响则不明显。

By introducing the characteristics of wiki, this paper expands the computational models of exploration and exploitation, exploring the effects of wiki on exploration and exploitation in organizational learning. It is found that, Lower individual learning rates and higher interpersonal learning rates are both helpful to the performance of wiki in the organisation. Environmental turbulence has negative influences on wiki’s performance in organization learning. Moderate personnel turnover has positive effects on the performance of wiki, while code learning rates have no obvious effect on wiki’s performance.
