Abstract:In modern society, the division of work becomes more and more clear cut because of the evolution of the economic structure and form. In concern of the cost and efficiency, many kinds of enterprises outsource their “not core business” to other enterprises which are more good at it. While some got the success, other enterprises failed by R D outsourcing. For example, some failed to complete R D projects or leak their key information because they chose the wrong R D suppliers, some found their core competitiveness down because failed to indentify the core businesses. Concerning the circumstances above, the appropriate risk management of R D outsourcing, the firs work of which are the risk assessment of R D outsourcing, seems very important. This study based on the concept of “four parts risk system”, construct a group assessment model of the risk of R D outsourcing by using some achievements of other group decision-making, such as the methods of give the weight of experts and risk facts, the methods of composite the decisions of many experts and so on. Doing this can fit for the complexity and vagueness of the risk of R D outsourcing. Besides, this essay will test the complicity and validity of the assessment model by using it to assess the R D outsourcing risk of a real enterprise.
