第三方检验检测是保障国民经济安全发展的重要力量。它具有服务国际贸易、保障国门安全、稳定国内市场、加强产品质量、维护群众利益的重要作用。但是,随着国际环境的持续变化,第三方检验检测市场的需求和检测行业的发展现状形成了突出矛盾。电子商务是互联网时代的新型贸易方式,不仅给居民生活、企业运营和市场经济带来了深远的影响,还深入影响了传统检测企业生存的经营环境,促使检测行业在经营模式和理念上进行转型升级。本文结合传统检测行业转型升级的趋势,分析了我国第三方检测行业的发展现状和存在的问题,阐述了第三方检测行业发展电商服务模式的必要性和可行性,并且提出了6种检测行业的电商服务模式,并对这6种模式的适用情形进行了分析比较,旨在推动第三方检测行业的健康可持续发展。

Abstract:

The third inspection is important force to ensure the safe development of national economy. It play an important role in serving international trade, ensuring national safety, stabilizing internal market, strengthening product quality and maintaining interests of grassroots. However, with the continued development of international environment, the need of the third inspection market and current status of the inspection industry form the striking conflict. Electronic commerce is new trade method in the Internet era, which not only affect civil life, corporate operation and market economy, but also affect deeply the operating environment where traditional inspection firms exist, thus promoting the transforming and upgrading of operation pattern and theory. Combined with the trend of the traditional inspection industry transforming and upgrading, the article analyses the developing status and existing issues in the third inspection industry of our country , illustrate necessities and availability of third inspection industry developing the electronic commerce serving pattern , propose six the electronic commerce serving, analysis the different of them,so as to strengthen the sound and safe sustainability development through the analysis of the adjustability of the six patterns.
