Abstract:Based on the data of 372 GEM listed high-tech enterprises, this paper analyzes the influence of the regional economic level, the degree of industrial agglomeration and the internal capability of the enterprise on the innovation performance of high and new technology enterprises. Research results show that the internal capability factors including management ability, marketing ability and R&D investment has a significant positive influence on high-tech enterprises innovation performance, the regional economic development level have significant positive impact on the high-tech enterprise innovation ability, but the industrial agglomeration degree has a significant positive impact on the high technology manufacturing enterprises’ innovation performance, , but on the service industry without significant effect. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward on the basis of this study.
