本文基于新创企业,从政府关系网络与创业绩效关系的视角研究资源诅咒效应的产生及其机制。由此本文构建政府关系网络、创业导向与创业绩效的理论模型,并以珠三角258家新创企业为例进行实证研究,通过软件SPSS16.0与LISREL8.7测算结果显示：(1)政府关系网络与创业绩效之间存在资源诅咒效应并具有“非线性”特征,即政府关系网络同创业绩效是一种倒“U”型的关系。(2)创业导向正向影响创业绩效；而且其创新性与前瞻性倾向负向调节(弱化)政府关系网络同创业绩效的倒“U”型关系；而冒险性倾向正向调节(强化)这种倒U型关系。

From New Ventures Enterprise, we study Government Resource Curse and it’s mechanism according the relation between Government networks and Entrepreneurial performance. We have built the theoretical model of Government networks, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial performance. From the 258 questionnaires of the New ventures Enterprise, applied with the software SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.7, the results show that (1)there is Government Resource Curse in the relation between Government networks and Entrepreneurial performance and it has a characteristics of “nonlinear” ,the relation between Government networks and Entrepreneurial performance is inverted U shape relationship .(2) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive significant on the Entrepreneurial performance, and it’s Innovativeness and Pro-activeness have a negative moderating on the inverted U shape relationship, but it’s Risk taking has a positive moderating .
