质量是决定企业核心竞争力、制约企业品质提升的关键因素之一。本文从产品、品牌、溢价力等多个角度分别论述了质量因素在汽车产业的重要意义;着重指出造成中国汽车产业质量差距的原因是综合性的,并系统分析了技术基础、质量保证体系、质量意识、采购管理等多方面的不足。最后,为全面提升中国汽车产业质量水平,提出了包括国家、产业以及企业行动的改善策略与具体建议,以支撑建设汽车强国的战略目标。

S: Product quality is one of the key factors that determines competitive power. It is also a key factor that makes up the characteristics of a enterprise. In this paper, the significance of product quality in automotive industry is discussed in aspects of product, brand and premium. The reason that Chinese automotive industry is dropped behind is complex. The insufficiencies in technology, quality assurance system and stuff awareness of quality are discussed. Finally, aiming at improving quality of Chinese automotive industry, strategies and suggestions are proposed.
