云计算技术的快速发展加快了对商业模式及其创新的研究,医疗云平台的成功实施应用对云技术驱动的商业模式研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。针对商业模式这一抽象复杂概念,以东软熙康健康云平台运行为例,运用经典扎根理论这一质化研究方法对基于云的熙康云平台商业模式资料进行系统分析,得出了基于云的医疗健康服务商业模式创新路径,为新兴IT技术下商业模式创新的进一步理论研究、商业实践提供了理论依据。

Rapid changes in cloud computing technology speed up the business model and its innovation research. Successful implementation of medical cloud platform application has significantly realistic and practical effect on the research of cloud technology-driven business model. Method of Grounded Theory is an effective qualitative research method to commercial mode, which is an abstract complex concept. Based on the case of Neusoft Xikang Health cloud platform, analysis the business model data of the cloud platform by the quality research method-- Grounded Theory. Cloud business model innovation path with core logic of value proposition and value propositions were got and health cloud platform commercial mode system based on cloud was built. This research provides theory basis for further study and business practice.
