基于大数据背景下的产业结构转型升级研究

摘要:

在“互联网 ”和供给侧改革的时代背景下,工业化和信息化的快速发展促进了大数据产业的跨越发展,而大数据产业的快速发展是产业结构转型升级的重要推动力。文章从认识大数据产业出发,论述大数据产业对产业结构的影响,验证大数据对产业结构转型升级提升的效用,最后提出建立以政府为主导,以企业为主体的大型数据中心；加大数据安全保障体系建设；构建“大数据产业 大数据互联网 大数据物流 大数据金融”四位一体产业链,全力推动大数据资源共享等政策建议。

S : In the “Internet plus” and the supply side reform under the background of rapid development of industrialization and informatization to promote the big data industry development, and the rapid development of large data industry is an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
