人文社科类协同创新中心体制机制改革路径探析——以“华侨华人与中国和平发展协同创新中心”为例

本文从体制机制改革的视角探讨了华侨华人与中国和平发展协同创新中心的建设问题,认为科学合理的体制机制是实现中心创新目标的基本保障和关键因素,并重点从领导体制、人事制度、人才培养、科研管理等方面探讨了中心体制机制改革的路径,希望有助于提升人文社科类协同中心建设水平。

Abstract:

This paper adopts the analytical perspective of innovative institutions, to explore the issues of developing the Collaborative innovation Center for Overseas Chinese and Chinese peaceful development. It argues that the scientific institutions guarantee the realization of the targets of coordinative research centers. In particular, it discusses the relevant approaches in the fields of the leadership, personnel, education, and research, with the hope to facilitate the development of the Liberal Arts Collaborative innovation Center.
